Terms & Conditions
Rates of fees are governed by FRC & School of Achiever, managed by S. S. Patel Education and Charitable Trust, and are liable to change from time to time as per the decision of the Management. Any difference in fees, if applicable, shall be paid to the School prior to / on commencement of the term or as per the timeline informed by the School.
School of Achiever, shall not be liable for any payment made against incorrect student details, incorrect admission number, incorrect account, or any other wrong information entered by the payer.
Online Payment Gateway Charges
- Net Banking: No Additional Charges
- Debit Card: No Additional Charges
- Credit Card: No Additional Charges
- UPI / Other Online Modes: No Additional Charges
Any payment gateway charges, convenience fees, service charges, or applicable taxes, if levied by the bank / payment gateway, shall be borne by the payer.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Fees once paid shall not be refunded, except in cases approved by the School Authority as per the School’s applicable policy.
Refunds, if applicable and approved by the School Authority, will be processed only through the original mode of payment or any other mode decided by the School.
The processing time for refund, if approved, shall depend on the bank / payment gateway / administrative process.
Privacy Policy
We respect your right to privacy. The information provided by parents / students during fee payment or any school-related process shall be kept confidential and shall be used only for official school purposes.
The information shall not be shared with any third party unless required for payment processing, statutory compliance, legal requirement, or official school administration purpose.
